First Bulgaria offers a property management service to all owners of properties inside Pirin Golf and Country Club.
We know the resort better than anyone else and possess the local knowledge and experience, working closely with independent solicitors, who have never served any developer.
 
Many mix terms "property maintenance" and "property management".
Some think that the maintenance fee they have to pay under their Maintenance Contract covers the management issues of their individual property. In fact, the maintenance fee covers all expenses related to the maintenance of the shared ("common") areas like stairs, landscaping around the blocks, general upkeep of the complex. However, the management of your individual apartment or house is NOT covered by this annual payment.
First Bulgaria extended its service operations and now offer full property management service for individual apartments and houses through its Bulgarian office , which gives peace of mind to every owner of Pirin Golf property.
