Pirin Golf private gated community is being developed as a 5-star fully serviced resort with 2 own golf courses , a 5-star hotel, luxurious low-density residential buildings and a wealth of sports and recreational facilities.
No other development in Bansko – Razlog valley , Bulgaria has its own golf infrastructure. The residents’ only access to the golf infrastructure is endorsed officially.
The natural setting provides incredible views to three mountains surounding the site.

Exclusivity: The resort is built on a privately owned plot of land and unlike in some other places, where resorts' gates are opened for the public by law ( for instance Spain), in Bulgaria no one (except authorised officials) can force owners to do so.

Resort concept and design: Pirin Golf Resort occupies an overall area of more than 1,8 mln. sq. meters of land with own pine forest, lakes and preserved nature. It has one of the lowest build density parameters for European golf resort – less than 5% of the plot.
Low rise construction – up to 10-13 m. on average adds value to its Alpine style design - roofs go no higher than the tree tops. The resort residential properties are scattered in 16 cozy small buildings with 14-70 apartments each. ISO 9001/2000 quality standard is applied in all construction works.
Details typical for the region are integrated into a composition of external stone-covered walls, wood boarding, wooden balconies and roof details. All apartments have balconies.
